Carl Becker, Realtor and Principal Broker
Carl Becker has been developing and investing in real estate since 1998. He began his real estate career in 2005 and founded Premier Properties in 2008 as a full-service real estate brokerage firm. He is a Maryland native and a skilled realtor with critical, hard-won knowledge of both the DC region and the industry.
For his clients, Carl is a proactive and strategic partner, working with experienced individuals or groups, as well as those buying or selling a home for the very first time. He excels at the essentials – from contracts and negotiation, to securing competitive loans, to marketing and identifying prime opportunities. Leveraging his strong construction, architecture and design background, Carl can help clients see the potential of a home and work with them to cultivate and deliver on that vision.
With this knowledge and experience, he has represented buyers and sellers all over the DC-metro area, including in the District, Maryland and Virginia.
Carl grew up in Darnestown, MD and currently lives with his wife, Christine and his three children in the Sumner neighborhood of Bethesda.
